The Future Of All Terrain Capping Covers

LiteEarth is a US patent No. 9151009 B2, impermeable capping system for the long-term cover of landfills, coal ash, gypsum deposits and land reclamation projects. The system permanently combines synthetic turf and EPDM membrane into a long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing composite. The result is an efficient, economical and environmentally-responsible solution with very low installation and life cycle costs.

  • The ONLY EPDM synthetic grass composite of its kind
  • EPDM backing provides ideal flexibility and durability
  • Long-term protection impermeable to air, gas and water
  • Reduced life cycle maintenance costs of 90% over 30 years
  • Carbon footprint 80% less than traditional caps
  • Extensive torture testing shows that LiteEarth can last well beyond 30 years.
  • Yarn colors available in various shades of green to match surrounding foliage
  • EPDM membrane offers greater puncture resistance than LLDPE, per ASTM D 4833 on comparable mil thickness.
  • No sand ballast required

Versatility and Flexibility

LiteEarth's lightweight, single-ply composite is easy and efficient to install, and designed to meet the needs of a variety of application and design methods. A trenchless earth anchoring system stabilizes flat and sloped terrain for high winds. However, LiteEarth can also be used with traditional roads or trenches.
