Located in sunny Oviedo, Florida is the Pre-K-12th-grade private school, The Master’s Academy. The school has grown over the past 30 years to be highly successful by mentoring young students to strive for excellence. In addition to a robust academics department, the athletics program at TMA is seen as a tool to further its mission of fostering personal growth and leadership within its students.
In 1986 The Master’s Academy was started with just over 200 students and utilized rented spaces for the campus. However, the school was quickly adopted by the community and as the size of the student body began to grow, TMA was able to secure its own land in 1999 and open its Oviedo campus the following year. Renovations and upgrades to the campus have continued throughout the years and have helped the school reach new landmark milestones of development. Notably, in 2014, The Master’s Academy remodeled its baseball field to feature Act Global artificial grass. Act Global’s synthetic baseball turf systems offer a reliable solution to remove bad hops while providing excellent drainage for completely consistent play. Synthetic turf was specifically selected by TMA so that the field could be used year round and so that it would be durable enough to withstand the high-intensity use of multiple teams throughout the day. The artificial grass surface also looks exceptional with TMA’s bright blue colors and bold school logo.
The Master’s Academy Eagles made it to playoffs this season in the 2018 3A FHSAA Baseball Championship. Good luck to the Eagles on their 2019 season!

Mizoram, India is currently in the process of building a new world-class artificial grass field for the community. The Xtreme Turf-dressed pitch will be a focal point for the state and give residents a new opportunity to stay active and develop their skills.
This is the first football pitch of its kind in the state and will set the standard for the progression of football. With the help of our international installation partner, Decor India, Mizoram will have an expertly constructed football pitch that will extend playability time and last for years to come.

Since its founding in 1918, Zvv AZC has been a soccer club with the purpose of creating a community of teams that are united by their love for the sport. AZC believes that this love starts with children which is why there is a specific emphasis on encouraging children of all ages to participate in football. The club is made up of over 40 teams, including senior, youth, and G-league. The club plays at its own sports park in Zutphen which is continuously updated to keep the club modern.
Preparing for summer 2018 AZC elected to reinforce one of its current fields with Xtreme Grass technology. Xtreme Grass is a hybrid system that reinforces natural grass’ playability properties with the strength of artificial grass. Because the hybrid turf pitch serves as both a competitive surface and as a training ground for each of the teams at AZC, it was important to the club to have a highly-functional field that could withstand damage and divots.
This installation was possible through the work of our international installer, Hofmeijer. The team at Hofmeijer specializes in the construction and maintenance of sports fields.

As the home base and training center for several teams, Voetbalvereniging AD69 was founded in 1969 with roots even earlier. The Netherlands soccer club came from the merging of VV Alten and DVO and was officially recognized by the KNVB as a soccer club on July 1st. Growing to over 500 members and a children’s program that is under constant expansion, the teams of Voetbalvereniging AD69 compete in the 3rd class of KNVB.
Throughout the years the club has continued to renovate its sports park to ensure every facet of its facility is modern and up to date for its athletes. In February, it was announced that Sportpark Zuid’s 3 fields would be resurfaced to high-quality artificial grass with the reputation to meet strict international standards. Beginning in May, work was commenced on to install 3 bocce fields with Xtreme Turf, outfit field 2 and the goal areas on field 3 with Xtreme Grass hybrid technology, and create a highly durable multipurpose with Xtreme Turf.
Voetbalvereniging AD69’s Sportpark Zuid selected both Xtreme Turf and Xtreme Grass systems from Act Global for the products’ emphasis on player safety and performance. The new surfaces at the sports park will service players aging from small children to young adult, making it vital for a natural interaction between the players and the synthetic turf.
The final step in this installation will be applying necessary labels to the fields.
