The 2018 Super Bowl is scheduled for Sunday, February 8, 2018, and will be played at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The Minnesota Vikings have played with extra heart this season, competing for the opportunity to win their first Super Bowl at their home stadium. Currently, the Vikings are ranked 3rd and 4th, depending on the source, placing them in a good position to earn a spot in the playoffs.
After the Vikings’ win on December 3rd against the Falcons, the Vikings were tied for the NFL’s best record through 12 games and held the number one seed in the NFC. The Vikings lost to the Panthers this past weekend in North Carolina- the team’s third loss in the regular season.
This Sunday the Vikings will be home at U.S. Bank Stadium, taking on the Bengals at 12:00 PM.

Fourth FIFA Certified Xtreme Turf field in Taiwan demonstrates the value of international and local partners in delivering a successful field.
Austin, TX- Act Global and it’s local partner Full Ju Enterprise recently collaborated to develop a new high-performance football turf system, combining the globally renowned DX60 with earth yellow EPDM and customized drainage pad manufactured locally to deliver this FIFA Quality Pro certified field.
Xtreme Turf DX60 had already achieved multiple FIFA certificates in Taiwan in recent years and when looking to develop a new system to meet the new 2015 FIFA Test Manual standards, selecting this turf was an easy choice given its proven track record in Taiwan weather and usage conditions.
A yellow EPDM performance infill was selected to offer a natural look to the field and enhance the vibrant colors of the DX fiber and offer the university the vibrant colors they wanted in their showcase field. The introduction of a locally manufactured drainage pad protects the field from flooding, an important factor considering the damaging effect of an inadequate drainage system on-field performance. carefully selecting the best available local materials reduced costs of freight and import duties, meaning budget was available for the turf selection to focus on choosing the very best turf in the global market.
The Xtreme Turf DX60 was manufactured in our Calhoun USA facility and by combining the turf with the best available local materials the result is a field that meets the highest international standards whilst maintaining a local flavor.

Exeter College is a tertiary college in Exeter, England that provides an array of courses and services to the community for students ages 14 to adulthood. The sports academy at Exeter College allows athletes to immerse themselves in their respected sport and receive a comprehensive training schedule and detailed training programs to advance their technical, tactical, mental, and physical skills. The academy offers 13 different sports with some offering varying levels of competition.
Exeter College football just added an immaculate synthetic turf surface to its collection of resources for its athletes.
